We hope this FAQ section will answer any questions you may have, regarding your stay with us, at Willow Lake Bed and Breakfast. Please feel free to use these guidelines when enquiring at other B&B's.
What is a bed and breakfast?
The options are endless. Willow Lake has 4 rooms, allowing us to provide a very personable and/or very private getaway for our guests.
Who stays at a bed and breakfast?
We have had guests ranging anywhere from 9-97 years old.
How do I make a reservation?
Make your reservation by phone, giving you the opportunity to hear the level of professionalism and hospitality we provide.
What about pets, children, and smoking?
• Willow Lake Bed and Breakfast is a pet free facility. If you have your pet with you during your travels, we will be glad to provide you with references for local kennels.
• Our rooms are designed for two guests, but a portable bed can be used for a third.
• We do not allow smoking indoors, alternatively, we do provide outside smoking areas.
What is included during my stay?
We serve a full 3-course breakfast. Additionally, we deliver a beautiful personalized beverage tray to your room just prior to breakfast. All our rooms have en suite private baths, luxurious bedding/linens and pillow top king & queen-sized mattresses, turn down services, 24-hour snack area, afternoon social hour, reservation services, central heat and air conditioning, internet/office access, and ample closet space. Our standard conveniences also include a guest refrigerator, fireplaces, library, TV-DVD’s in each room, ample parking, curling irons, blow dryers, robes, bubble bath, shower gel, custom made soaps, and shampoo & conditioner.
Can I still have my privacy?
You can be as social or as private as you choose during your stay. The choice to converse and interact with other guests or your hosts is totally up to you.
Where do the owners / hosts sleep?
B&B guest rooms are located on the south wing of the building. Our private quarters are located on the north wing. This results in privacy for all.
Can I have a private breakfast and when is it served?
You may have breakfast in your room, on the veranda, gazebo, private patio (weather permitting) or private breakfast room. However, dining with other guests may provide spirited and pleasant conversation, and perhaps develop friendships that last for years to come. We can accommodate early risers or later breakfast times for guests who require additional sleep.
Do you provide for special dietary needs?
Most of the time, special dietary needs can be met. Advise us of this ahead of time.
Are there rules?
Willow Lake Bed and Breakfast has one rule, “RESPECT.” Following it is not difficult; just treat our B&B exactly the way you would like to be treated. We ask guests to sign a simple damage form during their stay. It eliminates any confusion that may arise from an accident. If an accident does occur in any Bed & Breakfast during your stay, please inform the hosts as soon as possible
