Microsoft Office 2007 Assignments: EXCEL

  1. Always put a 3-column header on all of your assignments. You are to put your name, date and file title in the header.
  2. Save your document first thing so you do not lose all of your hard work. You are to create an Excel folder with three folders inside it called: Excel_Ch1, Excel_Ch2 and Excel_Ch3.
  3. Always save in your Chapter Folder
  4. Run the spell check.
  5. Be sure and fit to one page.
  6. If it would look better, change your page layout to landscape.
  7. Do not print unless I specifically tell you to. I will view your document on your screen.
  8. I will view your formulas by having you push CTRL + ACCENT MARK (`)
