Senior Cadet Job Duties

All assignments progress will be checked monthly to make sure progress is being made.

The senior cadet in my class will be required to have the following completed before MAP testing starts:

  1. Senior Tattler -
    • Scan pictures
    • Senior Poll
    • “All About Me” – Pass out and collect from all seniors
    • Printed for Seniors in Color
    • Copied for community
    • Labels Printed – By community A to Z
    • Labels Pasted and sorted by community A to Z
    • Be sure and send one to Alvin
    • Print on Senior labels - Sent to you from "Seniors Name"
  2. Senior Books - All Seniors in Mrs. Rucker's classes
    • Tattler hole punched and put inside front
    • Cover of senior books printed and put in books with lots of pics of that senior.
    • Magazine Articles sorted/copied and put in senior books with plastic sleeves.
    • Senior video – Before Graduation (Could last 40 to 60 minutes)
  3. Scan pictures -
    • Must have storyboard before you begin
    • Approved
    • Exported
    • Burned to DVD
    • Put in public folder to be loaded on laptop
    • Copies made for all seniors to put in senior book – put both videos on one Flash Drive
  4. Senior Video – Before Graduation (Could Last 40-60 Minutes)

      • Scan pictures
      • Must have storyboard before you begin
      • Same amount of pictures of each senior
      • Approved
      • Exported as 20??_Senior_Video_Long.mov
      • Burned to DVD
      • Put in public folder to be loaded on laptop

    • Senior Video – During Graduation (Only One song) -

      • Must have storyboard before you begin
      • Same amount of pictures of each senior

      • Need wall composite from photographer
    • Senior Cans
      • Pick out 12 of your favorite pictures to put on your can.
      • There is a folder for you in: RuckerShare/Students/Public/AA_Seniors_20??/ AA_Senior_Cans/Yourname_Cans
    • Make sure seniors fill out ALL Senior To Do List -
      • Make check off list of all seniors
      • Make sure they have completed list
