Typing Game - CENGAGE Learning

You will need to:

  1. Know the home row keys (ASDF and JKL;)
  2. Know the size of a standard sheet of typing paper (8 ½ x 11)
  3. Know the five steps to proper typing technique
    • Feet Flat
    • Backs Straight
    • Wrists Up
    • Fingers curved over the home row keys
    • Eyes on your book or monitor, not your fingers.
  4. Identify 48 keys on the keyboard.

You will be evaluated regularly with a Technique Evaluation Checklist
